Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the CHRIS service. By creating an organization or using the application, you accept them on behalf of your organization.

The service and the provider

CHRIS is an HR and leave-management service available at app.chris.hr. It is provided by Web rješenja d.o.o., Markuševečka cesta 115, 10040 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB (tax ID): 97669668809 (“we”). Contact: hello@chris.hr.

Accounts and organizations

You use the service by creating an organization and inviting members. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account credentials safe. The organization's administrator manages members and their roles.

Pricing and billing

CHRIS is free for up to 10 active members of an organization. Beyond that, the price is €1 + VAT per active member per month, billed by card through Stripe. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is charged in accordance with applicable regulations.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no contractual commitment; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes. It is not permitted to:

  • enter unlawful content or personal data you have no legal basis to process,
  • interfere with the operation of the service or attempt to bypass security measures,
  • share account credentials or give access to unauthorised persons.

Data and privacy

Your organization remains the owner of the data it enters into CHRIS and its data controller; we process it as a data processor. The details are described in the Privacy policy and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) summary on this site.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation — the service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount your organization paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

An organization may stop using the service at any time. After the contract ends, we delete the data on request or no later than within 30 days, and an export of the data can be requested before deletion.

We may suspend or terminate an account that seriously violates these terms, with prior notice where reasonably possible.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. We will notify organization administrators of material changes in advance, and continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia, and the competent court in Zagreb has jurisdiction over disputes.
